    Applications
    1. A power of attorney simply signed by the applicant, without legalization.
    2. The specification in French. (Translation of the specification in French can be prepared by us, at extra charges).
    3. Drawings, if any.
    4. The priority documents (not necessary for national phase entries of PCT applications).
    5. The Deed of assignment of priority right or the form PCT/IB306 Form for national phase entries.
    The missing documents can be submitted to the PTO during three-month grace period after the filing date. the documents 1 and 2 are needed for filing a certificate of addition.

    2. A license agreement legalized or notarized by both parties.
    Merger

    1. A power of attorney simply signed.
    2. A notarized document attesting the change of name.
    Withdrawal / Renunciation (total or partial)
