Trademarks

Applications:

1. A power of attorney simply signed, without legalization.
2. A specimen of the print of the mark (not exceeding 8 * 8 cm).
3. The list of the goods and / or services to be covered by the application.
4. A certified copy of the basic registration, if priority is claimed.
- The missing documents can be submitted to the TMO during three-month grace period, after the filing date.

Renewals:

1. A power attorney signed by registrant.

Assignment (Total or Partial):

1. A power of attorney simply signed by the assignee.
2. A deed of assignment legalized or notarized by the two parties.

License Agreement:

1. A power of attorney simply signed by the licensee.
2. A license agreement legalized or notarized by the two parties.

Merger:

1. A power of attorney signed bythe surviving corporation
2. A notarized document attesting the merger.

Change of Name and / or Address:

1. A power of attorney simply signed. 2. A notarized document attesting the change of name certificate.

Withdrawal / Renunciation (total or partial):

1. A power of attorney simply signed by the registrant of the mark

Patent

Applications:

- A power of attorney simply signed by the applicant, without legalization.
- The specification in French. (Translation of the specification in French can be prepared by us, at extra charges).
- Drawings, if any.
- The priority documents (not necessary for national phase entries of PCT applications).
- The Deed of assignment of priority right or the form PCT/IB306 Form for national phase entries.
The missing documents can be submitted to the PTO during three-month grace period after the filing date.

2. A representation (drawing or photo) of each design / model.
3. A certified copy of the basic application, if priority is claimed.

The missing documents can be submitted to the TMO during three-month grace period after the filing date.
